Ha ha-Daesha, Daesha, Daesha-your comment on my blog CRACKED me up-I laughed out loud and had a huge flashback!! It put a warm feeling in my heart. Do you remember Clay telling us all of the PLU codes to the produce at United and the story about the girl who stopped at the sign that said "Do Not Pass"? Oh, memories...good times, definitely good times.
Yes, I agree-I am glad I am not the same person that I was then, and can see how God has worked through and in me, and the joys and struggles in between!
I don't think I would want to be a freshman again-the excitement was fun, but it was a rough year. I think that is why I like ministering to freshmen so much-it can be rough and great at the same time, and I greatly appreciate the mentoring and encouraging I received during that time.
Anyway, thanks for the memory, encouragement, and prayers-I hope the interview comes through!
I still love remembering that chorus trip. It's one of my favorite chorus memories. And a time when I met some of my best friends. Including you. Especially you! I do remember all that. Thank God for wonderful friends who remind us of happier times, and who walk with us through the darker times. You're in my prayers continuously.
